In 2011 graduated with master end engineering in power engineering from Lodz University of Technology and 2013 with Philosophy Doctor of technical science in the field of electrical engineering. Since 2012 research assistant, promoted to senior lecturer in 2014.

Then, for 10 years he worked with strategic analysis in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland. Since 2014 to 2017 as a Chief specialist on analysis about power sector of Poland, dealing with analysis on electricity markets, power systems, energy policy and strategy. In 2017 he was promoted to Counsellor to the Prime Minister and a Head of Energy and Sectoral Analyses team. Since 2018 to 2024 deputy director in Department for Strategic Analysis and secretary of the Government Council for monitoring of strategic projects.

Since 2025 in Industry Expertise Department of BNP Paribas Polska S.A. as an expert for energy sector.
