Łukasz Młynarkiewicz is a legal expert specializing in nuclear energy law, regulatory compliance, and energy transition projects. As the former President of the National Atomic Energy Agency – Poland’s nuclear regulatory authority – he brings extensive, firsthand experience in nuclear safety, licensing procedures, and international regulatory frameworks.
At Kochański & Partners, he advises energy companies, industrial clients, and investors on navigating complex legal and regulatory environments for both large-scale nuclear power plants and Small Modular Reactors (SMRs). His practice focuses on developing efficient licensing strategies, managing regulatory risks, and fostering cross-border cooperation to accelerate the deployment of advanced nuclear technologies.
He holds a PhD in Law and is a recognized authority on energy security and nuclear law in Central Europe.
