Before joining Arthur Hunt, Xavier held senior business development and strategic account leadership roles within international engineering and consulting firms, where he supported complex projects across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His experience spans market entry, commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, key account management, and large-scale international tenders. Today, Xavier works with energy companies, industrial players, and investors to address the strategic implications of the energy transition, geopolitical shifts, and evolving value chains. His current work focuses on the future of low-carbon energy systems, industrial competitiveness, and the emerging business models of next-generation nuclear technologies, including Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) and Advanced Modular Reactors (AMRs).
