Adam is an energy and infrastructure finance lawyer, typically advising on some of the most complex and high-value financing and related (including offtake) matters, and with a breadth of complementary experience in M&A, capital markets and general corporate matters. His practice has a significant international dimension, with deep experience across Europe, Africa and Asia.  Adam has particular experience in the power sector, advising on the financing structures, offtake arrangements and investment frameworks that underpin the dramatic scale-up of renewables and low carbon technologies, including nuclear.
