Leo is Senior Head of Bespoke and New Schemes in Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC).

He has been in LCCC for more than10 years, holding an excellent understanding of the CfDs and valuable insights on how the CfD concept can be expanded to new areas of application.

His current remit includes being responsible for LCCC’s overall advice and delivery of the CfD (REPG) scheme in Northern Ireland.

Leo is also responsible for the delivery coordination of all new schemes in LCCC’s portfolio, including CCUS, H2 Storage & Transport and Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), leading a team of Project & Programme managers.

He previously led a team offering advisory services to DESNZ (UK Gov) for the design of the subsidy contracts for Power CCUS, Industrial and Waste CCUS, Greenhouse Gas Removal, Hydrogen Production, Hydrogen Storage, SAF and Nuclear; whilst managing the team responsible for the Hinkley Point C Nuclear CfD.

Before his tenure with LCCC, Leo held seniors Project and Contract Management positions in the wider construction industry.
