Dr. Amparo Soler Martínez is an industrial engineer specialized in nuclear energy. She holds a Ph.D. from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University.

Since 2018, she has led the Nuclear Energy Department at Nfoque Advisory Services, where she oversees projects related to nuclear power plant modelling, simulation, safety analysis and digital transformation for the Spanish nuclear fleet.

With more than ten years of experience in the nuclear sector, she has contributed to reactor safety studies, core design analyses and modernization initiatives supporting the safe and reliable operation of nuclear power plants.

Amparo serves as President of Women in Nuclear Spain and actively collaborates with WiN Global initiatives. In 2020, she received the Fem’Energia Award as one of the most promising young nuclear engineers in Europe, and in 2026 she was awarded the WiN Global Excellence Award in recognition of her contributions to the nuclear sector.
