Guillaume is Director of Business Development & Government Affairs at OTRERA New Energy, a French company developing next-generation sodium-cooled fast reactors. With more than 20 years of international experience in the nuclear and energy sectors, he has held senior positions at Westinghouse Electric Company, Framatome, and Orano (formerly AREVA). He has led strategic business development initiatives and major nuclear projects across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, including contributions to the commissioning of the first two grid-connected EPR reactors in Taishan, China. Prior to joining OTRERA, he served as Technical Director of Nuclear Valley, supporting innovation projects ranging from existing fleet modernization to advanced Generation IV reactor programmes. He is also co-founder of NEEXT, an initiative dedicated to the future of conventional nuclear islands. His expertise spans strategic partnerships, industrial development, public affairs, and international nuclear cooperation.
